ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:
14-21 Business days (all orders ship from South Korea)
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. (this does not include shipping time).
Tracking numbers are provided on all orders. We are not responsible for any custom fees on international orders, as well as lost packages upon transit.
All our jewelries and accessories come in a nice gift box ready for gift giving.
Invoices/receipts are only available upon request.
Returns and exchanges:
We do accept exchanges/returns within 7 days of receiving your order .

Exchanges and returns are accepted as long as items were never worn/used and in the same condition as we have sent it.
Refunds are issued minus the shipping fee incurred.
In case an item is damaged upon acceptance, please send us a picture via email and we will send a replacement item or process a refund right away.
